	Our People When we find the right people for our team our philosophy is to make a long term commitment to them, to invest in building their careers and retaining the skills they bring to us and learn from us. Particular emphasis is placed on the ability of our staff to relate to our customers and ensure that our "can do" approach becomes a reality at all levels of the business. We cannot list all the staff but the following is the core management team of Harvey & Stigley.
	Dean Griffin The Sales Manager, Dean is usually the first point of contact within Harvey & Stigley for new work and can ensure all questions regarding a new project are addressed. Dean has previously run his own joinery company and has a wealth of experience in the joinery industry. He is very popular with the customers with his "nothing is a problem" approach.
	Danny Sage Danny is our delivery manager. Once a project is confirmed it is passed to Danny to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the project. He has worked in the joinery industries of both New Zealand and the UK and his practical and friendly approach is enjoyed by both customers and staff alike. Danny is available to answer any questions a customer may have once the project is in production.
	Sue Coakley Sue is the Office Manager for Harvey & Stigley and comes to us with a range of experience with small to medium sized businesses. She has been one of the driving forces behind modernizing our internal business systems and improving how we conduct business with both our customers and suppliers.
